Can you tell our readers about yourself and your profession?
Myself Abhishek Jain and people call me Rusty due to my blog “RustyBlogger.com“. By profession, I am a Digital Marketing Strategist and in this field from the last 5+ years.
I started my own company in 2017 by the name of Digitofy Global Private Limited where we help small and medium scale businesses to grow online via our 360 Digital Marketing services.
Describe how did you first get into Your profession?
It all started with a Cancer Research Blog which I started during my college time to spread awareness about Cancer amongst masses. Then I jumped to a custom WordPress blog Am I Psyche? which is still operational and fetches a nice amount of traffic.
I have done a few small jobs in the SEO industry to acquire professional knowledge and worked for considerable companies like Bulls Eye Education and Reappoint Internet as Digital Marketing & Operations Manager respectively.
During my job time, I set up my blogs and other internet resources which provided me passive income which was sometimes more than my monthly salary.
After that, I started my own Company Digitofy Global in June 2017 which is helping out industries to grow their visibility online.
Can you tell me some of your strengths that really helped you in the profession?
The biggest strength I feel is my ability to adapt and learn. I spend so much in terms of money and time on my professional education.
Our field is ever changing and we need to keep update each and every time to provide the best services to our clients. I never fear change.
How would you describe your profession style?
As an online marketer, it is always a challenge to understand the client’s business to give them optimum advice to grow in internet space. My team and I personally understand the client’s business from 3 angles that include the client’s perspective, marketing perspective and the most important is the consumer’s perspective. Taking care of these 3 in mind we design a foolproof Digital Marketing Strategy so as to get maximum exposure for our client’s business.
What would be your ideal working environment?
I am kind of person who travels a lot for business meetings, networking events and even for recreation. I can work from anywhere in the world. There is no such specific environment which I can say is ideal for me. I am open to each and everything.
How do you manage time to run your profession?
My profession is the reason I am alive. I love my work and I just work for it. My team helps me in getting me closer to my dreams.
How do you want to improve yourself in the next year?
We are constantly improving ourselves with new pieces of training programs in our office and out of office too. I personally do not hesitate to enroll myself in a new training program. I have recently joined a one-year training program MNP by Paritosh Pathak to learn networking. I want to take control of myself by the next coming year.
What was your greatest failure and what did you learn from that?
There is no such great failure in my life but there are life lessons that I learned.
Would love to share an instance where I along with one of my mentor had started a company that we have to shut down in just 5 months due to no profit coming out from that. That was the company I had shifted to Noida after leaving my job, my projects, my friends & even my parents. This failure taught me the importance of your network, friends, family, and self-worth. That turning point made my take step to start my own Digital Marketing Agency.
Tell me about your proudest achievement?
There are so many moments that I feel proud while discussing. The biggest one I consider is to carry forward my clients right from the first day started my company. I started Digitofy Global back in June 2017 with the intent of experiment with negligible funds in hand.
Now, I feel proud to say that we are about to complete our 2 years with awesome recurring clients due to our unmatched services.
Who has impacted you most in profession and how?
There are so many people who have helped me stand where I am right now but these three I would like to mention. Manmeet Pal Singh(Founder of DomainX) who introduced me to the world of opportunities and abundance, Manoj Dhanda(Founder of MicroHost) who helped me always when I have no way out in my life and the third one is Vinay Murarka(Founder of V2Technosys) who always guide me in worst of my situations.
Apart from these 3, there are authors who inspired me to stand up and fight all the time. I would love to recommend a few books to fellow budding entrepreneurs.

What is your greatest achievement outside of profession?
The greatest achievement to which I always feel proud of is the love of my family, my friends and my network which I have nurtured throughout my life. Nothing is greatest then this.
