Renault Kwid 1.0L Launched in India from
Rs. 3.82 Lakh
The updated Kwid 1.0 comes with more powerful engine of 999cc than it’s previous standard 800cc Kwid at the same fuel efficiency. The improved motor delivers 68bhp at 5,500rpm and 91Nm torque at 4,250rpm that was 54bhp and 72Nm respectively for the previous 800cc Kwid. The 3 cylinder petrol engine gives an economical return of 23.01 km per liter. That’s very cool and economical isn’t it? It has the same 5speed gearbox as in previous model. The exterior design is kept almost same with some minor tuning.
Renault Kwid 800cc will also get AMT
The two variants RxT and RxT(0)priced at Rs.3.95 lakhs and Rs. 3.82 lakhs respectively is ready to surpass Hyundai Eon 1.0 and Maruti Alto K10. There are news that Renault may add AMT gearbox on Kwid 1.0 very soon in the next update.

The car was showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo and garnered attention for the brand. Renault Kwid 1.0L launched at the price range between 3.82 Lakh to 3.95 Lakh for the RXT and RXT (O) variants respectively (only Rs. 22,000 more than the 0.8L version).
