Will Hritik’s “Kabil” or SRK’s “Raees” Top The Box Office in New Year?

The New Year is going to be a cine light bonanza as few good movies starred by the top bollywood actors are scheduled for release in December and January. Much talked is the competition between Hritik’s and Yami Gautam starrer “Kabil” and Shahrukh starred “Raees” where he romances the beautiful Mahira Khan from Pakistan.

Both the movies are big budget projects and career bending for both Hritik and Shahrukh as Hritik who is getting over some injuries had expected a lot form “Mohan Jodaro” but unfortunately that crashed on the box office and something similar happened to Sharukh’s “Fan” which either didn’t bring much collections to the star.

Both “Raees” and “Kabil” were scheduled for a republic day release but now Roshans have announced that “Kabil” will be released a day before i.e. 25 January to avoid clash with Raees. Raees release was earlier scheduled on Eid but two SRK didn’t find competing with Salman Bhai very profitable and thus postponed “Raees” for January and will release the trailer of the movie on Dec 7.

The trailers will give the first look of the movie as the trailers of Kabil are already out and tease that the movie will focus on revenge by the lead actor despite physical deformity. The storyline of Raees revolves around crime in Gujarat and the fight between a clever bootlegger and a tough cop. The story line of both movies is impressive and so is the star cast and now it’s the choice of audience which cup of coffee they will sip from.

Well audience definitely can expect some great bolly entertainment with current year ending with Mr. Perfectionists “Dangal” coming out this Friday and two big budget projects “Raees” and “Kabil” coming in the beginning month of the new-year.
