Mousumi Kalita Assam, a reputed author and poet from Assam based in Delhi is honoured with Gujrat Sahitya Academy Award in collaboration with Motivational Strips, world’s largest International Writing forum for her constant excellence in Literary Skills on the 75th Independence Day of India. The award has been bestowed by the Chairman of Gujarat Sahitya Academy Vishnu Pandya and the Founder of Motivational Strips Shiju H Pallithazheth.
Mousumi is the director of GRIFFIN publication and a social activist.
She has also been honoured by many social organizations for her selfless services towards covid patients and families during the crucial covid period.
This is the second consecutive year Mousumi Kalita Sachdeva has been honoured with Sahitya Academy Award. She was also bestowed with this honour last year on the 74 Independence Day of India.
